What better way to start off the new year than with a post about Nashville?
There’s no denying the Nashville Technology Council started off the holiday season with a bang!
The Nashville Technology Council and our We Build Tech teams have much to be thankful for – it’s been a great year.
“Sandi Hoff? From Nashville? I’m so glad to meet you! I’ve been hearing great things about you and Nashville from the rest of my team.”
I am a native Nashvillian with grandparents that came into this area from North Carolina to help set up what was then called "Nashboro".
In recent years, Nashville has developed a strong and growing tech community that has organized a wide-ranging series of meetups and events.
I recently returned from my first trip to California to where I attended the annual Code for America Summit.
The Creative Coding Program was formed in 2014 by the Williamson County Schools Technology Advisory Board, which is affiliated with the Nashville Technology Council.
DC here we come! Next week members of the NTC’s education team will particpate in the Close It Summit focused on “the power of and national shift towards employment technology and competency based hiring and training”.
