Q: Where are you located?
A: Tech Hill Commons is located at 500 Interstate Blvd. S., Nashville TN, 37210.
Q: What are Tech Hill Commons’ hours of operation?
A: We are open from 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday thru Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you need to schedule an event outside of these hours, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check availability.
Q: How many rooms do you have available to rent?

Q: How much does it cost to rent a room at Tech Hill Commons?
A: We offer very competitive rental rates for our event spaces. Click here to see both our Nashville Technology Council Member and Non-Member rates.
Q: Can I host my technology user group meeting at Tech Hill Commons?
A: Yes, we would love to help facilitate your user group at Tech Hill Commons. Please contact email@example.com with your event details to learn more.
Q: When can I arrive before my event to set up?
A: We allow for 30 minutes of set up time prior to an event and 30 min of breakdown time after the event. If the 30 minute set up and break down times are exceeded, the client may incur additional rental fees.
Q: Can I bring in my own catering for my event?
A: Yes, you are more than welcome to arrange your own catering but we do have a partnership with Fresh Hospitality and would be happy to take care of your catering order for you!
Q: Where is the best place to order a pizza to be delivered to Tech Hill Commons?
A: For delivery we recommend Domino’s on 4th Ave., Papa John’s on Thompson Ln., Mafiaoza’s in 12 South (through doordash.com), or Joey’s House of Pizza for catering orders.
Q: Do you have free on-site parking?
A: Yes, we do have on-site parking available but we share our lot with the other tenants of our building. If you have a large group of attendees and need to arrange a shuttle service or valet parking for your event, please let us know at the time of booking so we can help you reserve these services.
Q: What kind of AV/Audio hookups do you have?
A: We have large screen monitors in every room and the a ability to play audio through their speaker systems. The Event Center features a projection screen and wireless microphone capabilities. The Event Center also features a soundboard which can be made available to mix your presentation’s audio needs. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time to go over your specific AV / audio needs before your event, so that everything goes smoothly for your program.
Q: Do you have whiteboards available in your event rooms?
A: Yes, each event room comes complete with a white board for you to use during your event.
