from: Franklin-Based Tech Company Wins International Creative Award for Advertising Campaign
FRANKLIN, TN (May 22, 2025) — Quore, a Franklin-based hospitality technology company, has been recognized with a 2025 Communicator Award of Distinction for its Relax Like a Guest advertising campaign—an honor awarded by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA).
The Relax Like a Guest campaign—developed entirely by Quore’s in-house creative team—spotlights the behind-the-scenes efforts of hotel staff, inviting them to imagine what it’s like to unwind, knowing Quore helps make their jobs easier. The hotels featured in the campaign are located here in the Greater Nashville area, offering an authentic lens into the local hospitality community.
“We’re proud to represent not just Quore, but our hometown and the hospitality professionals who inspire us daily,” said Katie Adgent, VP of Marketing at Quore. “To be honored alongside global brands like Disney, Netflix, and NASA+ is deeply meaningful—not just for our team, but for the hotel teams we serve every day.”
The Communicator Awards is one of the largest and most competitive international award programs honoring excellence in marketing, communication, and creative work, with thousands of entries submitted each year. The 2025 jury included executives from Spotify, Smithsonian, JPMorgan Chase, Amazon, and Microsoft.
The campaign reached audiences through digital and print advertising, social media, and event activations, with an emphasis on empathy, humor, and the unsung heroes of hotel operations: the staff.
