The NTC is transitioning to a calendar year dues structure to simplify billing. Before 2024, membership dues were invoiced on the month of the member’s join date. After 2024, membership dues will be invoiced on January 1 of each year. 2024 – 2025 will be a transition year.
2024 – What to expect
- Transition year for membership renewals with two batches of staggered invoices
- Members with renewal months between January – June will be invoiced at the beginning of 2024 for 100% of 2024 NTC membership dues.
- Members with renewal months between July – December will be invoiced in July 2024 for a prorated 50% of 2024 dues and 100% of 2025 dues.
- New members starting in 2024 will pay a prorated rate, by month, for their first year.
- Past-due unpaid invoices from 2023 will be collected as usual.
2025 – What to expect
- January renewal month for all members.
- All members to receive a renewal invoice January 1, 2025
- Members invoiced at the start of 2024 will receive a January 1, 2025 invoice for 100% of their 2025 membership dues.
- Members invoiced midway through 2024 will receive a January 1, 2025 invoice to document that the 2025 membership dues were paid in full.
- New members will pay a prorated rate, by month, for their first year.
2026 – What to expect
- All existing members receive a renewal invoice on January 1, 2026 for 100% of their 2026 membership dues.
- New members will pay a prorated rate, by month, for their first year.
