BUSINESS CONSULTING FIRM, INFOWORKS, INC. HAS ANNOUNCED SEVERAL KEY HIRES TO THEIR TEAM FOR Q1 2023.

[Nashville, TN] May 2, 2023 — In conjunction with a plan for strategic growth, InfoWorks made several hires in the first quarter of 2023. The new team members will reinforce their operations and client support departments.

Aaron Wells, Ph.D. (MS, MA) joined InfoWorks as Principal with over two decades of robust knowledge and experience, as well as two masters and a doctorate degree. Wells’ primary areas of expertise include:

  • Multi-disciplinary team development, management, and growth
  • Internal and external stakeholder collaboration
  • Value-based method development and execution
  • Healthcare outcomes and ROI quantification
  • Shared savings and penalty monetization in value-based contracts
  • Artificial intelligence, machine learning, predictive modeling, and simulation
  • Outcomes-based business intelligence analytics and reporting
  • Litigation support with focus on damage estimation
  • Diverse data experience
  • Proficient programmer in multiple statistical and structured query languages

Additionally, Wells has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications over the last twenty years, including a piece for Harvard and some recent articles for Medical Economics. He is well connected in the healthcare industry, having spent 15+ years of his career in healthcare, and provides invaluable insight and data expertise for successful client solutions. Wells will be contributing on client projects spanning the health care, banking, and retail industries.

Wendy Williams (MBA, PMP, CSM) was hired as Director, bringing with her 22+ years in corporate environments managing multiple projects and technologies. She has abundant leadership experience, having managed large, complex capital projects, programs, and cross-functional project teams.

Williams has worked in project management, C-suite governance, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, program management, SDLC, MongoDB, Angular, and AWS. Further, she boasts many certifications including: PMP, Certified ScrumMaster, ITILv3, COBIT 4.1, MCSE, PROSCI Change, Management, and SAFe Agilist Certified (Leading SAFe). The value she delivers to clients is a direct result of her customer-centric focus, in-depth expertise, and extreme technical curiosity.
