The Addition of the California-based Asset Disposition Firm Strengthens S3’s National Presence

SPRINGFIELD, Tenn. – S3 Recycling Solutions announced that it has acquired iGlobal Asset Management, a California-based leader in information technology asset disposition (ITAD) and medical asset disposition. Effective July 1, 2024, the West Coast operation serves as S3’s first location outside of Tennessee.

This is S3’s first acquisition under current CEO Rod McDaniel. The purchase increases S3’s employee headcount by approximately 17 percent, increases annual revenue by 10 percent, and brings its number of facilities to three, totaling over 200,000 square feet.
