What is the Mission of virsitour?
The pandemic has hit the meetings and events industry the hardest. We hope to be a source for locations to share their sites virtually by utilizing video to bring future events back to cities.
What solutions does virsitour provide its customers?
We offer the ability for event planners to see locations virtually without the need for travel. This not only helps the planners but brings awareness to the locations that have felt a massive hit by the pandemic. By being able to see locations virtually from around the world in one place and the ability to easily submit requests for proposals, we offer a one stop shop for future bookings.
What kinds of services does virsitour offer?
virsitour is an online platform to allow event planners to view virtual site tours of locations and send request for proposals to hotels and venues worldwide.
What is the primary reason your organization decided to join the NTC?
The primary reason we decided to join NTC was to be part of the tech community. Our background as a whole is in the events and hospitality industry. Delving into the tech world is unknown for us and want to surround ourselves with those who have the knowledge of tech. We are also interested in mentorship as we navigate through this new world.
What fun facts would you like to share about virsitour?
All partners are originally from Long Island, NY. Debbie has lived in Nashville for 17 years, but the others still reside on LI. We met in the UK in December and continued chatting when the pandemic hit.
