Talntly is a smarter search firm solution that delivers more than a resume. Talntly uses data-driven insights to help identify top talent in less time. We present our talent with our digital interview paired with a detailed candidate assessment which helps reduce time to hire by 90%.

What is the primary reason your organization decided to join the NTC?

We want to help companies hire better technical talent with less time and effort. We also believe that the NTC leads the Technical community in a positive fashion and anything our Agency can do to advise or contribute to the community is time well spent.

What fun facts would you like to share about Talntly?

We are sister companies with a Middle TN based staffing agency named TA Staffing that has been in the area for 25+ years. Talntly was officially carved out of TA Staffing into a ‘Start Up’ specializing in Technology placements as well as other Professional areas including Accounting, Finance and Engineering. We believe that the industry has become stagnant with age old processes and we believe that our Digital Interviews will be a refreshing take for our clients.
