For the month of April, we welcome Bedroc as our featured member. To tell us more about the organization, we spoke to Nicole Brinson, Senior Manager of Marketing Communications with Bedroc.
What is Bedroc?
Bedroc is an IT strategy and services firm that consults, designs, deploys and manages complex technology programs and environments. We specialize in managing and executing large-scale program on behalf of our clients. With deep experience in the most complicated environments, Bedroc maintains expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail and Financial sectors. Founded in Nashville in 2009 and recently awarded Best in Business by the Nashville Business Journal, Bedroc employs nearly 100 diverse personalities in the Middle Tennessee region. Bedroc was recently named to the NBJ Fast 50 and Top Technology Services Firms, in addition to INC 5000 and NBJ Top 100 Private Companies for a third consecutive year.

What are the solutions your organization offer to its customers?
Bedroc consults, designs, deploys and manages complex environemnts on behalf of our client partners. With our clients’ strategic goals in mind, we work in partnership with our clients to help clarify and establish where the organization stands today, tomorrow and in the future.
How are your employees finding value in NTC’s membership?
We appreciate NTC’s efforts to elevate technological leaders in Middle Tennessee. Through Bedroc’s membership in NTC, we have found the relationships made through educational and networking events to be vital to our growth and success. From networking opportunities, growth and development through mentor programs like ELITE and ongoing training sessions like Tech Talks, Bedroc has increased its connection with the NTC over the last several years, and we look forward to further galvanizing that relationship.
What are the opportunities you’ve seen elsewhere that you’d like to see more of in Nashville?
We’d like to participate in more events that help give back to Nashville, particularly in underserved communities. Bedroc is proud to be born and raised in Nashville and our goal is to improve the communities in which we live and serve. We look forward to supporting the NTC in its goals to develop tech talent in the Nashville area.
What are you most excited about in Nashville?
Nashville is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. With that growth comes great opportunity. At Bedroc, we are psyched to step up to the plate.
