NASHVILLE, Tenn. With years of leadership experience at HCA Healthcare, Inc., Zach brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership experience to the position, where he will be responsible for using XSOLIS’ proprietary AID (Actionable Intelligence and Decision-making) technology to support client objectives and internal business operations. A strategic thinker and an executive with a knack for elevating the teams, companies and individuals he serves to even greater heights, Zach seeks to create and deliver innovations in technology that change how healthcare is delivered.

Since 2010, Zach has held leadership roles at HCA Healthcare, Inc., the largest for-profit operator of hospitals in the United States. Most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Technology of Case Management and Performance Improvement, he was responsible for using technology to achieve operational excellence, improve clinical workflows and augment quality outcomes. Prior to HCA, Zach served as Vice President of Strategic Development and Chief Information Officer at CareHere.

In addition to active community involvement, non-profit board memberships, and numerous leadership awards to his name, Zach has served as an Adjunct Instructor in the College of Business at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee since 2005, where he instructs courses ranging from International Business to Principles of Management and Marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Lipscomb University and a Master of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
