KES Systems Solutions (KES) is excited to announce the launch of our newest KES NetSuite Extension, PM Toolkit. This custom-built app enhances NetSuite’s project management module by simplifying common tasks and extending management and reporting options — saving customers valuable time and providing better project insights.

With the KES PM Toolkit, customers can quickly update billing rates for resources or tasks, assign new resources to projects or tasks, assign new projects to resources, delegate alternate time approvers, leverage prebuilt time and billing searches, and analyze enhanced utilization metrics.

“While NetSuite’s project management module handles project accounting very well, it lacks some functionality for managing day-to-day project management tasks. Our clients were asking for an enhanced solution, so our NetSuite Extensions team got to work and developed an app that fills the gaps in NetSuite’s project management module and takes it to the next level. After extensive work, we are officially launching the first version of the toolkit and have additional features already planned for the spring release. We think our customers will be equally excited about this new product.
