What is the primary reason your organization decided to join the NTC?

Being based in Nashville, N2M is passionate about supporting our community and in giving back. Since we have a global footprint, we also want to help in bringing new tech talent and diverse talent to the area. We also meet others in the community and industry.

What fun facts would you like to share about N2M?

N2M was actually formed due to client demand. Our founder, Cynthia Coker, was a former executive for a Silicon Valley VC-backed tech startup and was receiving client requests to help vet and launch new companies and technologies, and turnaround companies.

We have a long lineage in healthcare. N2M was established over a decade ago with a focus in launching and acquiring innovative healthcare technology and companies.

N2M has launched innovative medical device companies, healthcare SaaS technology companies and more for clients and venture capital firms.

N2M has a private equity division and provides IT advisory and consulting services for PE portfolio companies – and we also assist in acquiring companies so we are always on the look out for companies for our PE clients to invest in or acquire.

We have over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) advisory, consulting and staffing. We are also former executives from PeopleSoft, Oracle and more.

If there is an industry – we have worked in it! We have a cross industry focus: healthcare, life sciences, retail, financial services, CPG, manufacturing, high tech, energy/utilities, telco, travel & transportation, aerospace and defense, federal, state and local.

Over a decade ago we developed a specialty in Chief Information Officer services and recruitment. So we have a lot of CIOs on our team.

We are 100% woman-owned with a diverse management team. Most of our management team are females who have been in technology for over 30 years.

Many of our team are former executives from McKesson, Boston Scientific, Eli Lilly, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Capgemini, Accenture and more. We are technology veterans with an average 30 years IT experience each.

As a diverse, woman-owned firm, N2M has focused initiatives to help advance women in corporate positions and boards.
