Tech Impact’s ITWorks Program has officially been approved by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission and is now recruiting for their first cohort starting June 2, 2025.

ITWorks is a transformative, tuition-free training program that empowers young adults who are eager to break into the tech industry, but face barriers to traditional education and career pathways. Through hands-on IT training, professional development, and real-world internship experiences, ITWorks helps students build the skills and confidence they need to launch successful careers in technology.

What IT Works Offers

✔ 16 weeks of intensive, hands-on IT training
✔ Professional certifications – CompTIA A+
✔ Career development workshops and mentorship
✔ A real-world internship with a local company
✔ Networking opportunities with industry professionals

Who is Eligible

✔ 18-26 years old with a high school diploma or GED but without a 4-Year degree
✔ A strong interest in technology and IT careers
✔ No prior degree or significant college experience required
✔ Motivated individuals ready to commit to full-time training
