NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Former AIM Healthcare CFO Burt Nowers joins Growthwright, a growing business services company located in Nashville, as CEO. Nowers is a Certified Public Accountant and prominent local business leader. He, alongside Powered Health Chairman/CEO Jim Sohr, was a founder of AIM Healthcare. Nowers served as CFO at AIM Healthcare from its start in 1995 until the company sold in 2009.

Nowers replaces Mike Cerino, who served for 5 years as the CEO of Growthwright before leaving at the end of August.
“I look forward to continuing to improve the high level of service that Growthwright clients receive and expect,” says Nowers. Currently he is working with company leadership to build on the vision of Growthwright.
In addition to his other experience, Nowers serves as the CEO-in-residence for the Center for Business as Mission at Lipscomb University. He is also a member of the board of Healing Hands International and served as president of the non-profit between 2012-2016. He lives with his wife, Lisa, in Nashville and has three grown children.
