 Role Summary:

The Director of Events looks for signals both inside and outside the organization for opportunities to grow the organization and its events. The Director of Events makes projections based on current trends and future expectations and sets the strategic goals for GNTC events. Working with the CEO and COO, the Director of Events ensures action and resource requirements are properly aligned to allow for those goals to be met and then inspires the GNTC team and volunteers to achieve them. This role continuously monitors performance to determine if events need to be adjusted/discontinued or new events should be introduced.

 
 

COORDINATOR OF PROGRAMS & EVENTS

 

 Role Summary:

The Coordinator of Programs & Events supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of GNTC’s programs and events. This role translates a project plan into action—managing logistics, timelines, vendors, volunteers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences that drive member engagement and organizational impact.

 
 

Role Summary

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative, organizational, and office management support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. This role supports the team while helping create a welcoming, professional environment for members, partners, and guests.
