Nashville is the home of country music, Goo Goo Clusters and now the birthplace of culture tech. Local tech company Apto Global, in partnership with Infinity Hospitality Group, hosts Nashtopia, a one-of-a-kind immersive cultural sensory event at Nightscape on Thursday, September 22 at 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., that celebrates transformational culture technology.
The invitation-only event brings together Nashville business leaders, community partners and investors to mix and mingle with food, drink and music. Guests will discover five virtual environments including Paris, Tokyo by Night and Oceania through combined technology offered by Nightscape and Apto, the mobile app that helps humans adapt to life anywhere. Apto Global plans to make a major company announcement at the event.
“Nashtopia celebrates the city known for this digital movement of culture tech and a welcome place for a diverse workforce, international students and global travelers,” says Traci Snowden, founder and CEO, Apto Global.
“The next generation of cultural tourism is here through the collaboration of Nightscape and Apto Global technology to create a memorable and highly customized experience,” says Nathaniel Beaver, president and owner, Infinity Hospitality Group. “We anticipate broad application of this technology in cities around the world who want to explore our diversity through sights, sounds and tastes.”
Apto Global recently announced the launch of its new consumer mobile application that is available for download in the App Store and Google Play. The new mobile app has robust storytelling tools for community members to share their authentic experiences. Apto Global guides the journey for travelers, international students, multinational employees and the culturally curious to connect, learn and share their stories and experiences with others.
This year, Apto Global earned first place in the Nashville Business Journal’s Inno Madness competition for emerging technology companies and was honored by Mayor John Cooper with a proclamation declaring “Speak Human Nashville Week” from June 12th to June 19th annually on behalf of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County for the company’s contributions to diversity, equity and inclusion.
