As Scott Davis assumes the InfoSystems leadership helm, longtime CEO, Clay Hales, transitions to the dual roles of President and Board Chairman, while also staying on to manage the interests of InfoSystems’ affiliated businesses.
Chattanooga, Tennessee (November 5, 2019) — InfoSystems, a Tennessee-based information technology and cybersecurity firm with offices in Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga that is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, announced today a series of wide-sweeping leadership promotions, including the appointment of Scott Davis to the position of Chief Executive Officer. As Davis moves into the CEO spot, longtime InfoSystems leader, Clay Hales, will transition to the dual roles of President and Board Chairman.

In addition to Scott Davis being named CEO, InfoSystems has made the following promotions:
Keith Hales, Chief Operating Officer
Fred Cobb, Executive Vice President of Services and Chief Information Security Officer
Chris Kotte, Vice President of Enterprise Sales
Josh Davis, (remains) Vice President of Marketing; (adds) Partner and Principal Consultant of 8Bend Marketing, an InfoSystems affiliate business

In addition to serving as President and Board Chair of InfoSystems, Hales will also manage the interests of InfoSystems’ affiliated businesses. Those organizations are APSU, Inc.; ZPX Cloud, LLC; and 8Bend Marketing, LLC.
