Brentwood, TN, June 4, 2018 – Plow today announced that Gary Plott has been named COO to help with the daily and business operations at Plow.

“With the year of tremendous growth we experienced in 2017, we knew that in 2018 we needed to bring on an experienced operational leader not only to build out our operating engine to scale with the growth of the organization, but to focus on constantly improving the customer experience,” Brian Law, President and Founder of Plow, said.

“As we expand our footprint outside of the Middle Tennessee market, it’s critical that we are operationally sound, from our initial engagement with the client, through every step of the lifecycle. Gary’s knowledge and expertise in building and operating best-in-class Client Support Centers was a huge factor in our decision to have him join our team. As our Managed Services offering continues to grow and expand, our clients rely heavily on our Network Operating Center’s (NOC) capabilities to provide them with the best 24×7 support. Gary will play a major role in taking what is built today to all new levels with the sole focus on exceeding our client’s expectations in every engagement.”

Plott previously worked as Senior Vice President of Network Services and Customer Care at Cybera, Director of Customer Care at Cypress Communications, and Vice President of IT at Access Business Services.

With 35 years of experience in the technology industry, Plott provides tremendous knowledge of customer operations. Plott will help to maintain operational efficiency during a time when Plow is experiencing dynamic growth.
