Today, the Nashville Technology Council announces its new President and CEO, Brian Moyer.
“I am honored to accept the position of Nashville Technology Council CEO,” said Brian Moyer. “Nashville is enjoying unprecedented growth and recognition. Sustaining a thriving technology community is key to that continued success and growth.”
Brian has a long history in Nashville as a serial entrepreneur and has served as the President of the Health Information Management System Society (HIMSS) Tennessee Chapter. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Gaffey Healthcare.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Nashville Technology Council, I am delighted to welcome Brian Moyer as the new president and CEO,” said Nicole Tremblett, NTC board chairwoman and Vice President IT&S – Strategy & Planning at HCA IT&S. “His wealth of experience and demonstrated leadership will allow the NTC team to move forward in its mission to be serve our technology community by connecting, uniting, developing, and promoting our talent and companies.”
“The NTC has become a catalyst for growth in the tech industry in Middle Tennessee. The organization has the support of a strong board and a committed community for significant impact,” said Bryan Huddleston, who has served as the NTC President and CEO since 2013. “With Moyer’s leadership and our amazing team, the tech community’s future could not be brighter!”
“I look forward to building on the recent success and momentum of the NTC and working with the talented and dedicated staff, board and volunteers to continue our mission as catalyst for the growth and influence of Middle Tennessee’s technology industry,” said Brian Moyer.
Brian Moyer’s begins his tenure at the Nashville Technology Council the week of September 5, 2016.
