The GNTC receives strategic guidance from its committees.

Executive Committee sets overall GNTC strategy review and execution. This committee also serves as the NTC Foundation’s Board of Directors.

Finance Committee oversees the accounting and financial statements, including budget review and recommendation and oversee preparation of tax and audit process.

Governance Committee provides oversight of board governance practices, organizational policies, and leadership effectiveness to support a strong, accountable, and forward-looking Council.

Programs Committee ensures that GNTC’s events, initiatives, and educational offerings deliver meaningful value, foster engagement, and support the growth of the region’s technology ecosystem.

Events Committee ensures that GNTC events reflect the Council’s mission, deliver meaningful experiences, and showcase the innovation and talent across the region.

  • The GNTC operates through its staff and strategic guidance from its committees. These groups are comprised of GNTC members who have expertise in an area that can help the NTC to propel the technology community forward. Each committee is operated by a Chair and Co-Chair who are also members of the Executive Committee. Committees hold regular meetings.
