Most businesses do not take full advantage of the savings that can be achieved through business process automation.  This talk will take a look at how to identify those opportunities within an organization, best practices for implementing automation, how to communicate the value of the automation efforts to stakeholders, and realizing the return on investment for your company and/or clients.

David Box is a Trinisys co-founder and the principal architect of the Convergence solution. David’s passion for solving business problems related to data developed from extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance industries where he created solutions for automation initiatives around document imaging and Web portal data capture. Those experiences would ultimately provide the inspiration for what would become the Trinisys solution. Prior to Trinisys David was a software developer for CNA, the seventh largest commercial insurer and thirteenth largest property and casualty insurer in the country.

Ecos is a SaaS based company bridging the gap between sales and marketing. From creation to close, Ecos help teams save time and protect the brand while giving and sending out presentations. Launching MVP/Beta in mid to late 2015, its biggest push has been to turn around the product with consolidated feedback from our user groups into a sustainable app so that it could launch to enterprise customers by Q2 of 2016. Ecos has been able to focus on the goal, execute the goal around new technology, onboard new clients and build out a team around the platform. Ecos now has three developers, a product manager, two sales members, a Director of Marketing and a Client Success manager.

The 8th Annual Awards will be held January 26, 2017 at the Wildhorse Saloon. This event is dedicated to connecting, uniting, developing and promoting Middle Tennessee’s rich community of developers and technology entrepreneurs, enthusiasts and institutions with awards in 14 categories.

We accepted nominations to recognize outstanding do-ers, movers and shakers. The winners will be announced live at the awards ceremony on January 26.
