Did you know that the Greater Nashville Technology Council has a fundraising arm? The NTC Foundation raises money to support the education, talent and workforce development programs of the NTC. From Hour of Code to Apprenti TN, the NTCF is writing grants and raising money to make it happen.
And we need your help!
From midnight to midnight on May 2, 2019, donors can make gifts to the NTC Foundation and other participating nonprofits, schools, and religious institutions located and/or providing services in the 40 counties of Middle Tennessee. Gifts from the public will be boosted with funds from corporate and private sponsors of The Big Payback. Nonprofits will vie for these financial incentives and pop-up prizes, which are tracked in real time on the leaderboard.
What can you do?
1. Mark your calendar to make a gift to support the NTC Foundation on May 2nd.
2. Challenge friends, family and co-workers to do the same!
3. Help Us Spread the word on Social Media.

An Evening with Dr. Christine Darden - April 3

"On the Shoulders of Giants"
Join Nashville Public Library for the Nashville Reads 2019 finale with Dr. Darden and hear about her 40-year career at NASA’s Langley Research Center as an aerospace engineer and mathematician.
In 2016, Darden was included in the NY Times Best Seller, “Hidden Figures,” by Margot Lee Shetterly. Darden is recognized as an international expert in sonic boom prediction, sonic boom minimization, and supersonic wing design.
One of Darden’s NASA medals was for her active involvement in working with and encouraging students to pursue careers in math and science. Made possible by the partners of Nashville Reads and the Peugeot Center at Lipscomb University.
