Announcing Kate O'Neill as the 2020 Keynote Speaker
The Greater Nashville IT Summit is a one day conference designed to provide high-quality, forward-looking content to IT practitioners at all levels, as well as provide opportunities for networking and peer-to-peer learning. This year’s conference theme will be “Leading into the World That Is Becoming,” with keynotes, panels, and breakout sessions focused on how companies, individuals, and the greater Nashville tech community can and will excel in a post-COVID 19 world.
This year’s keynote speaker is author, strategy expert and futurist – and former Nashvillian – Kate O’Neill, founder and CEO of KO Insights. Known as “the Tech Humanist,” O’Neill is helping humanity prepare for an increasingly tech-driven future by teaching businesses how to make technology that’s better for humans. O’Neill has worked in technology, marketing and operations for more than 20 years, working with companies from startups to Fortune 500 corporations. Among her many achievements, she created the first content management role at Netflix, developed Toshiba America’s first intranet, led cutting-edge online optimization work at Magazines.com, was founder & CEO of [meta]marketer – a first-of-its-kind analytics and digital strategy agency – and held leadership and advisory positions in a variety of digital content and technology startups. Kate will kick-off the Summit by delivering her keynote presentation, “A Tech Humanist Look at the Future of Nashville,” on November 17.
The Greater Nashville IT Summit is going virtual! In the interest of the health and safety of our attendees and sponsors, the 2020 Greater Nashville IT Summit will be delivered as a fully virtual event. We’re bringing a dozen presentations right to you, with the same high-quality content you would expect at an IT Summit.
