The 12th Annual Awards will be held February 2021. The Greater Nashville IT Summit is a one day conference designed to provide high-quality, forward-looking content to IT practitioners at all levels, as well as provide opportunities for networking and peer-to-peer learning. The Greater Nashville IT Summit is going virtual! In the interest of the health and safety of our attendees and sponsors, the 2020 Greater Nashville IT Summit will be delivered as a fully virtual event.

We’re bringing a dozen presentations right to you, with the same high-quality content you would expect at an IT Summit.

Improving IT Service Delivery in the areas of operational support typically comes with incurring additional expense. Companies scale up to address either a capacity or a capability problem and use headcount as a means to address the actual or perceived problem. A lack of understanding if a problem truly exists as well as using headcount to solve it can result in unnecessary expense that no company can afford.

Most organizations have a plethora of information readily available to them but don’t fully understand how to use it to identify opportunities for improvement. Metrics, a comprehensive understanding of resource performance, work intake procedures, and operating practices can provide valuable information allowing immediate improvements in service delivery as well as both customer and employee satisfaction.

This presentation will detail a customer success story and provide simple tactics to improving IT service delivery without incurring additional operational expense.
