Rapid Rebound Webinar
|
|
A March 1, 2020 study by the Boston Consulting Group showed that major crises often result in a rearranging of competitive positions in any industry. At the end of the crisis, businesses that were formerly on top find themselves on the bottom, or at least knocked down a peg or two, and those on the bottom often come out on top.
Those businesses that did well made use of their time during the crisis to prepare a marketing strategy and materials that allowed them to hit the ground running after the crisis was over with a fully developed, thematically appropriate marketing program. Those that fell behind waited until the crisis had past to begin formulating their marketing approach, and found themselves 6-8 weeks behind their more nimble competitors.
In this webinar, we will explore how to develop a Rapid Rebound marketing strategy from the COVID-19 pandemic.
We will look at:
- What you can do now to build credibility during the crisis.
- What strategies and materials you should be preparing now to launch quickly after the crisis has past.
- How to determine the inflection point that indicates the crisis is approaching a point when it is appropriate to launch your Rapid Rebound.
