Lee Clark was recently promoted from Chief Technology Officer to President and Chief Executive Officer of Amplion, a technology medical device company in Nashville. Clark brings more than 25 years of diverse experience as a global leader in technology, manufacturing and healthcare.

Prior to joining Amplion in May of 2018, Clark held various leadership roles with Dell, Edgenet, Emdeon (now Change Healthcare) and Microsoft. He is also listed as a Rule 31 General Civil Mediator with the Tennessee Supreme Court.

“Amplion has an innovative product that has evolved into a complete nurse call and analytics platform,” said Clark. “That, combined with our passionate team, makes us uniquely positioned to solve the challenges hospitals face and ultimately improve patient care.”

Clark received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He serves on the Board of Trust for Father Ryan High School and the Board of Directors for Guitars 4 Gifts. Previously he served on the Board for Worksite Rx, an employee clinic provided that was acquired by CareATC.
