ELITE Graduation Celebration Presented by Fortinet and Hosted at Asurion HQ

On Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022, the Greater Nashville Technology Council’s Emerging Leaders in Technology (ELITE) program has graduated its sixth cohort of 27 local technology professionals at the 2022 ELITE End of Cohort Celebration, Presented by Fortinet, and hosted at Asurion’s Headquarters in the Gulch in Nashville.

“We are thankful to Nashville’s tech community, which has come together to support these upcoming tech leaders from the ELITE leadership program and our first ever graduation celebration,” explained Elise Cambournac, President & CEO of the NTC. “Seasoned professionals served as mentors by providing their time and experience and organizations provided their resources to help develop this new group of movers and shakers. We can’t wait to see what these new grads do next!”

Founded six years ago, NTC’s ELITE is a TECNA Innovation Award finalist tech mentorship program that aims to foster and groom Nashville’s next tech executives through a 12-week program that includes classroom curriculum, one-on-one mentorship with veteran executives and peer support groups. To date, more than 130 local tech professionals from more than 90 Nashville organizations have graduated from the ELITE program.

The ELITE Planning Committee is made up of John Anderson of RCG, Meg Chamblee of UDig, Suzi Earhart of McorpCX, and Joanne Eckton of Qualifacts, and is supported by the NTC team. Professional C-suite trainer Jennifer Patterson of Agility Leadership Group worked with the committee to develop a custom curriculum and teach it at NTC’s Tech Hill Commons Event Center.
