Written by: | Posted Jun 30, 2020

Meet Beth Culler!

Beth is an apprentice in our ApprentiTN program, an apprentice model that combines tech classroom instruction with one-year of paid on-the-job training.  Beth graduated from the IT Infrastructure Support Professional cohort on June 24th.  She has earned her CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications!

Beth is a former social worker who loves learning, overcoming challenges, and using her skills and abilities to help improve the lives of others.   She decided to switch fields and pursue a career in tech via the Apprenti TN program.

Beth shares the following about her experience:

“overwhelmingly grateful for Apprenti TN to have the opportunity to be able to further my education and to gain professional experience within the tech industry. With the skills I gain after completing this program, I will be able to begin contributing in meaningful ways to this exciting and world-changing field”.

Her hope is to be able to contribute to either the healthcare, science/research, or space exploration industries through system/network support or software development.  Beth will continue to be a part-time student working towards obtaining her B.S in Computer Science.  We are so proud of Beth and welcome her into Nashville’s tech workforce!

Beth is available for a one-year apprenticeship.  To learn more about Beth and ApprentiTN, please contact Steve Cherry, VP of Corporate Outreach at steve.cherry@technologycouncil.com.
