We had a chance to talk with Wade Williams – Account Manager for Interactive Solutions – ahead of NashCocktail to learn more about ISI.
What is Interactive Solutions?

What are the solutions your organization offer to its customers?
ISI is a leading integrator of enterprise collaboration solutions, including video conferencing, audiovisual, streaming, web conferencing, and network support services.
Primarily a business-to-business reseller, ISI sells and supports videoconferencing, distance learning, telemedicine and audio-visual products. ISI also design’s integrated board rooms, conference rooms and auditoriums.
What’s your role in the Nashville area?
Interactive Solutions’ goal is to enable our customers to achieve optimum communication, both internally and externally, through Audiovisual, Video Conferencing, and Collaboration tools.

What are the opportunities you’ve seen elsewhere that you’d like to see more of in Nashville?
Embracing the “video” in video conferencing. During a video conference you can see the facial expressions and body language of conference participants, leading to faster and more effective collaboration. These are both important aspects of communication that are lost with a basic telephone call.
What are you most excited about in Nashville?
To see the long term impact of having so many unique businesses and people moving to Nashville.
